Hurricane Arthur Heads for Texas

Tropical storm Arthur has become the first named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season. It is targeting Texas and Louisiana. WGCU’s Jennifer Crawford talks with Florida Public Radio Emergency Network Meteorologist Irene Sans who shares that Arthur is expected to be short-lived, with no immediate threat to Southwest Florida.
